This case study is set in a mature pharmaceutical company located in Northern Europe, with historically high financial returns. Traditionally, the culture at this company challenged the value of change and of improvement tools. However, the client was keen to adjust the company’s culture to pursue continuous improvement, following trends towards ‘Enterprise Excellence.’
Starting with the Executive Team, Consultants successfully utilised Business Psychology tools, over a twelve-month period, to show them how language use affected the actions of those around them, and that deliberately choosing interaction styles could improve their leadership skills.
