In this talk Marianna, a Senior Research Psychologist from Pearn Kandola, will share headline findings from their research looking at experiences of 600 neurodivergent people working in UK organisations. The research highlights barriers that exist, day-to-day experiences and where organisations can do more to promote an inclusive workplace for neurodivergent colleagues.
Biog:
Marianna is a Senior Research Psychologist at Pearn Kandola. She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology. Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Marianna worked in the areas of behavioural assessment, organisational culture, and research. At Pearn Kandola, Marianna has conducted research looking at experiences of disabled colleagues, refugees, and neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
