To kick off our Annual Conference preparations this year, our Conference Deans, Lee McDonald and Hannah Mullaney decided to give something back to our attendees by holding a competition to choose one lucky individual to win a full residential conference place. To be eligible, people were asked to register their interest in attending the event on the ABP website.
We had a flurry of people registering and we would like to thank all those who showed interest. We will be in touch with these people soon to help them to attend and take advantage of the limited earlybird places available. However there can only be “one winner” and this person was chosen at random. Therefore today we are pleased to announce the winner of the competition is…. Nick Ingram, Assessment and Selection Specialist at the London Borough of Camden!
Nick was extremely happy at the news and shared his first reactions with us;
“I attended the ABP Conference for the first time in 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed it: from the Psychometric transfer courses on Thursday morning to the Gala Dinner on Friday night.
Without the complementary ticket I would not be able to attend this fantastic event which promises to be the most practical conference to date. One of the most exciting aspects of the conference is the diverse range of topics on offer and the opportunity to learn and discuss advances in the wider industry, outside of the usual remit at work….Thanks again!! …Really looking forward to it!”
We congratulate Nick and hope that we will see you all on 2nd-4th October at Wokefield Park, Reading for our pinnacle event of the year.
