I am a MSc Psychological Sciences student with a professional background in cultural management. My interests in Business Psychology include motivation, engagement, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing. My focus is on building and maintaining a positive work culture that keeps employees motivated and engaged.
Since work is a big part of our lives I think finding enjoyment and fulfilment at work is very important for our overall wellbeing and happiness. We need motivation to maintain our productivity, and to stay motivated we need to feel engaged, supported and empowered at work. I believe this is only possible with a positive company culture that values its employees and focuses on improving their experience, and companies that understand the importance of a healthy work culture for employee productivity and company performance.
I hold an MA in Cultural Management from King’s College London and am currently completing a conversion course in Psychology at Brunel University.
