The idea is we encourage ourselves to read/develop our thinking but then the smaller opportunities to meet and discuss allow us an interactive and practical opportunity to think about how this applies to our work.
The aim is for these sessions to be relaxed and informal. We want to encourage connection and community whilst broadening our minds.
In each meeting, we’ll recommend books for future book club meetings.
Our plan currently is to alternate our timings – one month over lunch and the next over a glass of wine (or tea!) in the evening.
