Developing resilience through everyday adventures
December 1 at 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Free – £18.00
Summary: According to research, the average age when we stop living so adventurously is 34 (Dave, 2018). Yet stepping out of our comfort zones is fundamental to developing our resilience and confidence, helping us to navigate uncertainty and change in all areas of our lives. This session will consider how we define adventure and why it is such a valuable tool for us as practitioners, both in terms of supporting our clients and our own resilience and wellbeing too.
