November 19 at 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Clive Lewis, CEO, Globis Mediation Group

Drawing upon his extensive experience of business psychology, mediation and conflict resolution, Mr Lewis offers in this session an astute examination of the symptoms, causes and ramifications of the toxic workplace. His most recent book “Toxic”, provides pragmatic advice for recognising the signs that a workplace is toxic, how to reduce, prevent and resolve toxicity, and enhance respect and inclusion.

This is a practical guide for Business Psychologists, business leaders and HR professionals looking to preserve a peaceful workplace, while also providing tips on how to deal with a toxic workplace whether you are a line manager, employee, trustee or an unpaid intern entering the workplace for the first time.

Clive Lewis is a business psychologist specialising in individual, team and organisation behaviour. He is one of the UK’s most sought-after mediators, and is the founder and Chief Executive of Globis Mediation Group. He has worked with executive teams and governments for over 20 years and is the author of seventeen books. He was awarded an OBE in 2011 for public service and his contribution to the field of workplace mediation.
