Free – £18.00Speaker: Nicky Thompson, Client Director, Mannaz
Summary:
Nicky Thompson will speak about how we as humans live in an increasingly complex world, demanding faster and ever evolving ways of working and dealing with wicked problems (complex, impactful, and difficult to solve problems). Within the complexity of organisations, leaders are not only dealing with how to adapt and meet their bottom line, but also create and manage a sustainable human workforce that meets current and future business needs. All the while simultaneously finding ways to meet their social and environmental sustainability goals.
Nicky will cover client case studies with a global lens on leadership and bring thought-provoking opportunities to engage with the topic, which she aims to help inspire leaders, current or future, in the UK and beyond.
